1. Service description

GetPrimeGrade provides model answers, reference materials, and educational study content for university and college students. All work produced by GetPrimeGrade is intended solely as an educational reference to support learning, and not as a substitute for a student's own academic work.

2. Client responsibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and agree that any work delivered is for reference and study purposes only. You must not submit any content provided by GetPrimeGrade as your own work to an educational institution. Doing so may constitute academic misconduct under your institution's regulations. GetPrimeGrade accepts no liability for any consequences arising from misuse of the materials provided.

3. Payment & first order discount

Payment is required in full before work is commenced. All transactions are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are quoted and charged in British Pounds (GBP). Approximate local-currency equivalents shown during the order process are for guidance only and do not represent the amount charged.

A one-time welcome discount of 10% is applied automatically to your first order. The discount applies to the base order total before urgency and academic level adjustments. It is non-transferable, has no cash value, and expires 30 days after account creation if unused. The discount is verified server-side and only applies to users who have never placed a completed or paid order.

4. Revision policy

Each order includes three free revisions. Revision requests must be consistent with the original brief submitted at the time of order — requests that materially change the scope of the work may be treated as a new order. Revisions are requested through your dashboard.

5. Refund policy

If the delivered work does not meet the requirements of your original brief and all three revision attempts have been exhausted, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the delivery date. Refund requests submitted after this window, or where revisions have not been used, will not be eligible. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Referral program

Referral credits of 10% are issued to referrers when a referred friend completes their first paid order. Credits expire 90 days after issue, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other discounts. Only one referral credit can be applied per order.

Referred friends receive a 15% first-order discount, which supersedes the standard 10% welcome discount. If a user qualifies for both discounts, only the higher 15% referral discount applies.

Self-referrals are not permitted. GetPrimeGrade reserves the right to cancel credits and suspend accounts if fraudulent activity or abuse is detected.

7. Limitation of liability

GetPrimeGrade's total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind, including but not limited to academic penalties, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm.
